I have been serving my clients throughout California for over 17 years. I represent buyers and sellers of real estate in San Luis Obispo County and the San Francisco Bay Area. Having gone to high school in Santa Maria, and then moving to Southern California and the San Francisco Bay area, I am happy to be back in the Central Coast of beautiful California. I am a licensed real estate broker, but more important, I am a real estate and tax attorney. While most of my clients are involved in larger transactions, I always have time for the small ones, too. Real estate gets in your blood, and I strive to keep the industry free of the type of agents who helped created the difficult real estate market we are all in. I do this through seminars, webinars, mentoring and other training methods. You can also subscribe to my free monthly newsletter, which is emailed to you during the first five days of every month. Company ProfileIn 1999, Koenen Realty was established by Ken Koenen, who had previously worked for Mason-McDuffie Real Estate, Coldwell Banker and Re/Max. He managed the Re/Max office in Pleasanton for more than a year, prior to establishing Koenen Realty. In February, 2001, Ken took the California Bar Exam for the first time, and received notification that he had passed in late May. In June he established his law practice, but maintains his Real Estate Broker's license, and the Koenen Realty company. Ken also has a Master's Degree in Tax Law. Contact Information
