Inspections by qualified contractors is vital

Would you buy a new car without first taking it for a test drive?  Unfortunately, you cannot live in a house for a year to see how it holds up in all weather situations.  How can you be sure that you are getting a home without hidden problems?

During the escrow period, you will have time to have the property inspected by licensed professionals.  These people do this for a living, they are bonded and insured against errors and omissions.

They will do a thorough inspection of the property, with you present, if you like.  Then they will provide you, and the seller, with a detailed report of the condition of the property.  Once we have the reports, I will sit down with you, and go over every report in detail with you.  If there are some items that you want the seller to fix, I will prepare a contract addendum requesting those repairs.

Typical Inspections

  • Pest Inspection
  • Property Inspection
  • Roof Inspection
  • Fireplace/Chimney Inspection
  • Pool Inspection
  • Others based on the age, condition and location of the property
